We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer with extensive UX/UI expertise to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the design process.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
• Present and defend design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating as necessary.
• Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards and provide an inclusive experience for all users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proven expertise in UX/UI design, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience designing for both B2B and B2C products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
